SIM program "MaRes" approved

2014-09-30 /// A program ‘Materials from solid and liquid industrial process Residues’, or in short MarRes has been approved by SIM (Strategic Innitiative Materials) at program level. Projects within this program will be further developed in the comming years. The program MaRes aims at creating and demonstrating an operational, flexible toolbox to recover metals and valorize residual matrix into building materials. In relation to the latter aspect UGent DBm is one of the partners.

Completely recyclable concrete minimizes environmental impact

Unique test set-up for robustness of structures
